Great easy swim. Music Creedance Clearwater Revival starting with heard it through the grapevine. Then Queen, "All". Music helped the rhythm of my breast stroke and free style a lot. Very fun. Right foot still tender to walk on, not walking on it correctly. Feels fine in water. Left lower leg near soleus got a bit tight in the last 50 yards or so. Breathing not as good as yesterday am. Very wet out (raining) and humid. More stufy. No claritin before.
