Black orthos, white toe socks, camelback with ice water and gatorade mixture. This felt surprisingly good the day after the track. I could breathe pretty well and had a nice rhythm. Getting used to the camelback. I wore it with my Boston sleeveless shirt and it didn't rub anywhere. felt like my gait was a lot better and especially more straight and stable on my right side after the striders at the end of my track workout yesterday.
