This felt really good. A bit hard at first, but I made it all the way through both work-outs and felt really good after.
Right achilles not taped. Great before during and after. Really good after and after some stretching. This feels like a really good thing to do the day after a longer run, while the achilles attachment is still healing. It was a little bit sore and swollen last evening; left it taped overnight. Removed tape in AM for biking and left it off. Much less swollen and tender after the ride and stretch.
