Notes
Great swim. Had some cereal with strawberries and soy milk and almonds and coffee before swim. Lots of good energy. Breathing relatively good, strong in water. Only issue was goggles kept coming loose, otherwise going fast. Slowed when I had to reach to fix goggles while swimming. Good at work, but rt foot got very sore and tight in late afternoon, and had to ice at night and use night splint.
