Great swim. No cramping in feet or legs. Included some very clumsy flip turns, but I was able to swim more free with the flip turns than without. Mixture of mostly free, breast, some back and a little bit of IM. My foot was fine during the swim, sore afterwards, feeling better after stretching and shower. Took tape off before swim, and kept it off rest of day. Was able to walk mostly pain free today at health club, pool, grocery store, vacuuming at home. Foot not quite so swollen. Did the foot exercise with the towel and some of the other ones.
