Sierra Club 5K. Felt pretty good running. Right foot still tender, especially in 3rd mile and afterwards. Ice and ibuprofen (3) around 12:30. Would have felt good to ice immediately. Wore my custom orhotics but no tape. This felt better to run in than when it was taped in Boston. Left down slant is the worst. Downhill and uphill are better than flat right now. Wore night splint last night so no pain at all in am.
