Notes

Les Mills Body Pump class. Excellent. Not sure how to record it in here. Dead lifts, lunges, chest press, push ups, triceps back, overhead, bicep curls, bent over rows, worked most body parts. Squats with bar on back of neck felt surprisingly good.
