This felt fantastic. I took cold water and drank at 1.5, 6.8, 7.5 gu chomp at 1.5, 2 more at 6.8, 1 more around 8.2. I did a lot of hills in this one and a few little fartleks for short spurts. Left 2nd toe still a bit sore, but it gets feeling better as I go. Love the cooler weather and going longer. I did tundra court also to get the 9 miles, and moran and some extra hilly driveways.
