1 m in 39:38, 2000 in 46:20, 2300 in 51:40, 2500 in 57:41, 2650 in 1:01. 1st mile was free, breast about every 200-400 yards for 100, then back to 2000, then 100 IM then back/free/breast to 2650. Felt good, but harder to breathe today than yesterday.
