1:35 10m split on the way back. This was with Dennis, Darryl Mak, Greg. Carried camelback of ice water. Took gu on Greenbury point trail around 4.8 or 5m, and again on the way back on or after the bridge around 9.4m I think. It was nice to have the trail running part in the middle. I wore a hat and sunglasses, running skirt and bright moore's singlet. Glad I had the hat to help with the glare. I always felt so much hotter out in the unprotected sun. Toe socks, with darn tough over them were good for this run on both surfaces. A little bit in the last mile was on the city dock board walk and near it.
