New blue orthoses. Road slant bothering me from about 8 or 9 miles to the end. Ran some on other side of road, but lost time switching back and forth and right arch and left outer hip/glute and both sides were hurting a lot in last 3 miles with worst slant to the left. 3 gu's at 4, 8 12, succeed around 8 mile turn-around. Most of this felt pretty awful excep thte first few faster miles with Meredith and Cris at the very beginning. Finished with Roger/Tim. This was tough but felt a lot better after joggin/walking it out and a hot bath. This route totally sucked.
