Missed one mile on Garmin after 24. Get time from other watch. Hand held bottle of gatorade/water every 2 miles. Succeed every 4-6 miles, at least 6 gu's. Very hot in second half. Aerobic and legs were good but heat started cramping in last 5-6 miles. Had walk up parts of some hills to keep legs from cramping (ham). Felt good hanging with the 3:55 -4:10 pace groups.
