This felt good. Achilles very tight and sore at first, but better as run went on. Parked at Simpson park and ran mostly in one of the other ones that went back across 141. This was very nice and close to Mom's house via the Tree Court industrial drive. Good after cool down walk, but very sore later at night sitting at desk working. Ice felt good after a while.
