missed 100 yards in my swim watch. 80% free, 20% breast. 13 strokes per length average. Felt very good in both strokes today. Foot good pushing off, legs/back all good. Legs & feet felt really good before, during after this workout . Resting up for metric marathon tomorrow. And tapering for my marathon next weekend.
