Gu at 4.6 and 8.1 (Espresso Love). Camelback, tights, gloves, jacket, hat, thermal shirt. Good run. Rt ham/glute a bit sore/tight off and on, but go better after about 3-4 miles of getting warmed up, then a bit tired at the end in the last few miles. Rt arch got tired/sore a bit around 6.8 and on some of the steep up hills in second half. Everything feels pretty good after.
