Great swim. Right lower back felt "out" after about 2200 yards, but felt like it went back into place when I was stretching after I finished. Right foot great, before, during, after. Right glute/ham attach a little tight at start, good after about 1000 yds. Right quad a little tired at 2800, better when switch to breast and back. Still recovering from running. Aerobic and breathing, general energy level excellent. Still very happy and high from marathon.
