Horrible humidity again. I took icy tea with lemon in my podium chill water bottle and left it at tundra court. Took a chocolate peanut butter gu around 4.8m on the way back. Unscheduled stop in HH. Taped right Achilles differently like I had on Sunday and it was much better. L shape at 50% tension from beginning of arch to about 10 inches up my calf, then sideways tape at about 80% tension in the middle and none at the ends over the sore area. So much better, I felt like I could run with much better form. Body pump good afterwards including lunges, but slightly sore after lunge with rt leg back. Sore later in the day wearing my high-heeled sandals. Very hungry throughout day.
