Very very rough ocean at Assateague Island. Working very hard to try to get out past waves. Never succeeded. Felt good though. Major nasal rinses as the waves walloped me over and over again. With Dennis, Atticus and Tristan. Also ran about a half mile or so on the beach with Atticus and Dennis in Gel 1150 with old ortho # 2. Felt very good. I enjoyed running on the slightly hard sand near waters edge til I got my shoes soaked in a wave.
