1m wu, 2400, 1200, 2400 with 4 min recovery jogs, then 1 m + cool down and some 100's. Old black orthotics. Garmin died partway through, these re from my regular watch. It seems to have quit recording after 30 laps. I did 4 or 4 x 100 infield in shoes, then 6 x 100 in socks only. Then walked infield 2x100 in socks before cooling down with walk to car, stretching etc. Right arch tight sore right after, but way better after stretch and drive home, get bath. Good then. Water with a little gatorade during workout 1 succeed in water after. the other entry for this day has garmin before it ran out of juice
