Notes

Wore my regular running shoes. Foot a bit sore, better when stretched. Stretching after weights. Good to take a day off and let my right foot heel. Felt bester after doing calf raises, or going up on my toes and stretch foot that way Also almost immediately relieft when walking barefoot on hard floor!. Night splint.
