Notes

No orthos. White toe socks. 1 m wu. 400, 800, 400, 1200, 800, 400 with recoveries half of distance. Then several 100's on turf or track. Then 1 mile cool down easy. This felt good, but difficult breathing in beginning. Very humid. Felt good throughout day. Legs and hips and foot good. Rt foot taped.
