Hot, Humid, but fun. Gu before race, at 3.6, at 7.6, and 11.6. Succeed at 6.5 and 11.5. Carried water. Blister on ball of left foot. Otherwise pretty good. Hips a bit tight/sore on fire road part from about 7.8 to 9 or so. Dirt trails felt best. Weight went from 136.2 to 135.4 in spite of drinking about 130 ounces of water during race, 16 after, 8 endurox, banana, 2 pieces of watermelon, three pieces of pizza (1 mushroom, 2 pepperoni), and a bag of chips. Then about 16 oz coffee at home.
