White toe socks. White skirt, sleeveless shirt, hat blew off on the way back and had to backtrack. 3 gu's, 2 succeeds, extra water in a bottle at 2.5m including some of Dennis. Still ran out around 1 mile to go. Started with Dennis and Atticus for first 1.6 m. This was a beautiful run. No tripping or falling. Followed the flagstaff loop trail farther than ever today. Started weighing 136 ended weighing 133.8 including drinking all that water plus a glass of grapefruit juice when I returned.
