Rt foot taped new way. Left leg a little sore from about 4-6. Better during day than it has been lately (k-taped about 6" over sore spot). No drugs, ice night splint and foot good throughout the day. Great run, but thirsty; didn't take any water and super slow. Slight hills feel best. Sharp hills still a bit sore and flat also. Still sensitive to road slant.
