First walk/jog of any distance in 6 weeks. Right foot was K-taped at arch and along bottom for PF. Walking felt good. Jogging felt good. I did most jogging on the dirt path, rather than pavement. Downhills felt good. (On Arthur Fiedler foot bridge). Ran/jogged a total of about 2.4 m at 9:52 to 11+ pace. Foot okay afterwards. Sore on plane and in airport in skechers. Felt better at home in regular shoes or crocs with orthotics. Ice at night helped. New night splint helped also.
