Good workout. Miscounted on the 100 IM's x 10. Only did 9. They were great. I like this workout. I do a steady mile of 500 free, 100 breast, up to 2000 yards. Then 10 x 100 IM with about 30 sec or less rest between them. Then 500 yards of free, back, breast, free, breast to recover/cool down. Shallow lane. Shared about a 3rd of the time.
