4 m total, 2 walk, 2 easy run. Left hip and right foot took long time to warm up walking. Left leg pretty good, but right foot was awful. Better after I got off TM and stretched about half way through. Did this in front of mirror. Every few minutes my right side wants to twist counterclockwise a bit. Can't tell if its my hip driving this, or trying to find comfortable way to land on my foot. But I think it is what has made my outer left leg/glute so tired lately, fighting this torqueing motion. Night splint and foot swollen last night; iced it. Foot went downhill this week.... Leg improving. I'm very close to giving up on running altogether.
