First run in 2 months. Felt like a whale that sprouted legs and attempted to flop around a rubber coated oval on land, who dreamed of being a race horse. Hard to breathe, almost the whole time. Can't believe how my aerobic capacity is completely shot in spite of all the cycling and swimming..... Foot fine running. A bit tight on cool down walk. Swam afterward. Running feels completely foreign; tried to manage my form, but body feels like it has to relearn.... A few periods of running about 8:30 pace that felt good and natural. I think that's my natural marathon pace, when I'm back in shape. Feel like I need to drop 5-10 pounds to feel decent running again. 3 IBP in am and at 2 pm so far today. This is my second day "on".
