This felt pretty good. Downhill felt better than up. A bit tight in right foot, achilles/ankle etc when slant to left down.
Also a little tight in right hamstring on certain slant of slightly up or down at certain angles. Feels like also was related to lots of slanted running from Sunday. But surprisingly good to run today, even though super duper slow. Back, abs etc are pretty good. Quads are great. A little off on my left knee tracking also for some of it, felt tied into the tightness on left as well, imbalance from road slant stuff. All felt best when I could run on least amount of camber. Steep up hill felt a bit better than slight up hill.
