Wonderful swim. Breathing good, especially after about 1100yds. Right toes curled/cramp at 1975-2000, but swam it out in about 50 yds. Left toes started to cramp around 3800 - 3000, again swam it out. Should have had some banana or clif bloks. Seemed like potassium/salt issue. Free felt very good and balanced, breast, and back good. Rt foot good throughout. Rt leg much much better. Slow laps were due to repeated goggle issues slipping off when I pushed off.
