Night splint. Right foot good during race, but very sore after. Swam and whirlpool helped some, but then sore again. 3 Ibuprofen at 3:30 pm helped with swelling and pain. Left glute/ham very tight first few miles and on and off, not getting good bounce, return off that leg at all. Lots of work/effort for little/no speed. Breathing okay at this slow pace. Felt fast to my legs though.
