This felt very good. Pink ts, original inserts. Tried to do "Chi Running" with slight lean, relaxed, "mid foot" landing bent knee underneath hips. Felt pretty good and more relaxed. Tried to keep upper body posture per Dr Fare suggestion.
Right lower back very tight and twisted on Tundra on the way back. I stopped and stretched it and paid more attention to how my right hip was landing/rotating and upper body too and it worked itself out before I was out of Tundra.
Practiced attempting to land quietly and stay even. Breathing good.
