Very hot - had to remove my shirt. Ran with Dennis, Atticus, Kim, Jackie, James, Mike at first. Then just Mike and James, then James, then Mike at the end. Ran hard to try to catch up with Mike at the end where he picked it up. Felt best running on the dirt and gravel in the second or 3rd mile. This was a lot of fun. I felt suprisingly good running twice in one day. I had 45 min of water running after the first run,too.
