workout was 1-1.5 m wu, 8-10 x 400m, then 1-1.5 cd. I did 10x400, with 1.25 wu and cool down plus some walking before and after. Pretty good, but very very slow. Still adjusting to blue orthos and rt foot and both legs/hams/hips got a bit tired. I have so lost my speed, power, and form it is sad.I think the Nimbus 10 feel better with the orthoses. 100% humid, and rained part of the time. hard to breathe, and impossible to cool off. Drank whole camelback bottle of water and 2 clif bloks, and then apple and water in the car, then a swim.
