With Dennis, Mike, Kim, Jennifer, Jacque, James. Fun, perfect weather a bit windy. Carried water bottle. Gu at 3m approximately. Psudafed before race, coffee, and banana at the hotel. Lemon water in bottle was good. James, Mike, Dennis and I were all first in AG and each won a box of cookies plus a nice placque.
