Notes

Deb's class twice. Started the first class a little late. Wore my old ortho #1 in my cycle shoes. My knees, foot, alignment etc were WAY better, and got more power. Drank 32oz of water with a bit of grapefruit juice mixed in. Needed more. Felt very good. Foot better after than before. 3 IBP, 3X day.
