This felt great, but I thought I was running faster than I actually was. Feel very well recovered. Had piece of toast and coffee with half and half before run. 2 chomps and water during the run. Shoes and overall form felt very good. Hills so much easier here after all the hard hill work out in New York. Would love to keep that level of fitness and power.
