1600 FREE, 600 breast, then about 5 or 10 minutes of water running with belt and water joggers. This felt GREAT. Breathing was good during and afterwards. Water extra warm, so swam fairly slowly. Legs, feet, back, shoulders all good during and after. Glad I swam today. Very good recovery from race yesterday.
