Notes

1 mile in 47 minutes, mostly free, 100 yds breast about every 400-500 yards. Last 400 yards were alternating free, breast, backstroke. Felt very good when done. Legs almost normal, back great. Right leg definitely took more pounding than left in marathon on Sunday.
