Good swim. Foot felt sore afterwards though. Better after whirlpool. Kick with fins, 100 of free, 100 on side/back in the 525 yard interval. Started getting cramp in left calf and right second toe between 3600 and 3700 or would have gone to 4000 easily. Need banana or something next time. Seems to happen after around 2 miles. Eggs, toast and coffee before swim; okay during.
