1st 1.6 withDennis, very nice. Right foot somewhat sore, dull ache throughout, worse on uphills. Felt better than Tuesday though, better un-taped. Iced at work and in PM. No IBF. Drank gatorade during run, very humid. Gatorade helped. Very slow due to heat. Back and legs felt great afterwards. Foot feels better walking after running than it does before I run. Feels like I need to keep running to get the strength back in foot muscles, PF, and arches, etc.
