Good swim. A little slow at first. Very little sleep last night (5 hours). Difficulty breathing, lots of coughing, otherwise legs and feet felt great. Right heel almost normal after swim, then became sore again in locker room after shower, etc. Very swollen last night before bedtime. Shooting needle pain at injection site off and on throughout day and evening yesterday.
