Foot taped til 7 mile. Big mistake. Made me run funny on right leg. Left upper outer foot tight in first mile or 2 slanted to left on rt 2. Felt best downhill from about 5-6.5. Shouldn't have taped Gu at 5, gatorade at 8m. Tights, long sleeve shirt, gloves. Gloves off at 5 m. Rt glute/ham and Left only getting tight and sore when running weird stride and stepping out from the tape. Got a lot better going down hill and when stride got smoother after untape.i feel like i need to trust my rt foot again, basically.
