Sleeveless shirt (white), blue and white print skirt, blue toe socks, with darn tough merino wool socks over them. These shoes, sock combo felt very good. This run felt great as did doing body pump after it in these shoes. Great recovery run from the weekend. Feeling very strong on squats, lunges, etc at class. Good range of motion on the run. Feet and legs great before, during and after. Felt good to have had a little more sleep. Ditto on Sunday. Need to purposely sleep more this week and in general.
