Notes
This felt pretty good, but got tired/winded on the up hills over at heritage harbor and had to pause. Upper back left, where I was adjusted yesterday was/is still a bit tight and sore. But both knees and especially my right leg, knee, ankle, heel, foot all felt better than in a long time, due to being properly aligned and pointing forward again. Dr Fare adjustment helped a lot. Wish I'd gone in for a few tune-ups sooner in the year. Wished for water and food on the run, even though I had a fairly big piece of Tuscan Paine toast before the run. Must still be repairing and recovering from Sunday.
