2x3 mile @ tempo pace with 1 mile "rest" in between. Wound up running 5:30s with rest @ 6:05. Felt fantastic. My legs were definitely not fresh after Sunday, but the workout wasn't particularly challenging at all. Another beautiful night too. Bought a new pair of racing flats so wanted to test those out. They felt stiff in the back with the heel support, which was fine, and otherwise a solid and comfy fit, more so than the Asics. A great boost in prep for Chicago.
