Woohoo. Fantastic workout. I was feeling tired from yesterday and a total garbage night of sleep so I moved the workout to this evening. I think I confused feeling tired with not feeling strong. But damn. I'm in great shape.

Workout: 10x200, 200, 400 with equal rest. Goal pace was 35, 35, 67-70.

I hit between 32.5 and 33.5 on every 200 and my first 400 was 68, then all of them were either 66 or 67 and I closed in 63. It felt so smooth and easy.

Last week I struggled to feel comfortable running in that 33 zone (granted I was trying to hit 33s in a 600), but this workout gave me a bit more confidence in my top end speed. Another step in the right direction.
