Out on bike path with Adi, finished with strides - quads felt tight on these. Stretched afterwards then went down to Red Rocks to swim.
Mallards are socially monogamous, meaning that they pair for life. However, the males are not super strict about keeping to this in terms of mating (they're not sexually monogamous) and will force themselves on other females. Kind of brutal. I saw a female mallard and about 7 little ducklings over at Red Rocks today.
