Tried doing a 5xmile workout on run home from UCSB. Didn't work. I was going to bike home, but I got a flat and decided to leave my bike on campus. I had my backpack on so running was a bit hard. I'm not sure why but my legs were super heavy and I couldn't get a rhythm going at all. I hit 5:40 for the first two intervals and quit about a 1/4 mile into my third. Ran sluggishly the rest of the way home.
