Excellent workout. Warmed up maybe 3.5 then ran a 5k time trial. I was mostly all out. My pacing was atrocious to start. Went out in 33/38 (71) then 77 then tucked back into a consistent pace. Was 4:58, 5:00, 5:06 for my 1600m splits and finished in 15:40 on the nose. Felt great, would have loved to have pushed a little harder on the last mile. I did not feel like this was a max effort. Would like to get back out and do again in a few weeks.
